1)Wall & Ceiling - Masonry / Ceiling Board
Surface Preparation
  • Ensure surface is dry and free from grease and contaminants.
  • If powdery clean with damp cloth.
  • Patch up crack areas with Mesa Putty Filla and sand down to smooth finish.
Primer
  • One Coat of Mesa Alkali Resisting Wall Sealer (water base) or
  • For better result Once Coat of Mesa High Performance Sealer (Solvent Base).
  • Allow 2-4 hours for drying between coats.
Top Coat
  • Two coats of Mesa Supreme All in 1 or
  • Two coats of Mesa Vinyl Silk Luxury Wall Finish or
  • Two coats of Mesa Easy Care Anti Mould oror
  • Two coats of Mesa Snow White (White only)
  • Allow 2-4 hours for drying between coats.
   
2)Surface: Door & Window - Wooden Finish
Surface Preparation
  • Ensure surface is dry and free from grease and contaminants.
  • Patch up crack areas with Mesa Wood Putty - Natural or Teak and sand down to smooth finish.
  • To scrap and sand down loose old paint.
Undercoat
  • One Coat of Mesa Quick Dry Undercoator
  • For better result on new wood. Paint One Coat of Mesa GP Aluminium as primer before painting undercoat.
  • Allow 4- 16 hours for drying between coats.
Top Coat
  • Two Coat of Mesa High Gloss Alkyd Enamel Paint or
  • Two Coats of Mesa PU Timberseal ( For this finishing no primer and undercoat are required )
  • Allow 4-16 hours for drying between coats.
3)Surface: Parquet Flooring - Wooden Finish
Surface Preparation
  • Ensure surface is dry and free from grease and contaminants.
  • Patch up crack areas with Mesa Wood Putty - Natural or Teak and sand down to smooth finish.
  • To scrap and sand down loose old paint.
Undercoat
  • For better result on old flooring, to paint one coat of Mesa Aqua Floor Paint Clear ( Water Based ) as a barrier coat, againts accumulated oil & contaminants.
  • Allow 4-16 hours for drying between coats.
Top Coat
  • Two Coat of Mesa PU Timberseal Finish or
  • Two Coats of Mesa PU Timberseal Finish Clear Glossy or Satin
  • For mid-sheen finishing, use PU Timberseal Satin on top of PU TimberSeal
   
   
   
4)Surface: Metal ( Mild Steel ) Grills/ Gates etc
Surface Preparation
  • Ensure surface is dry and free from grease and contaminants.
  • To scrap and sand down rusted area and loosely adhering old paint.
  • Remove the old paint with Mesa Paint Remover.
Undercoat
  • One coat of Mesa Universal Etching Primer or
  • One Coat of Mesa Zinc Phosphate Primer or
  • One Coat of Mesa Red Oxide Primer
  • Allow 2- 16 hours for drying between coats.
Top Coat
  • Mesa High Gloss Alkyd Enamel Paint or
  • Mesa MIO Metal Protection Paint or
  • Allow 2- 16 hours for drying between coats.
*For better result can apply Mesa Acylic Topcoat or Mesa Polyurethane Topcoat Finish.
   
   
5)Surface: Flooring - Masonry Finish
Surface Preparation
  • Ensure surface is dry and free from grease and contaminants.
  • Patch up crack areas with Mesa Epoxy Paint and fine sand mix to putty form and sand down to smooth finish upon curing.
  • Allow 8-16 hours for curing.
Primer
  • Epoxy Chemical Resistant System
    One Coat of Mesa Epoxy Concrete Chemical Resisting Primer
  • Allow 2- 4 hours for drying between coats.
  • Conventional System
    One Coat of Mesa Alkali Resisting Wall Sealer ( water base ) or For better result One Coat of Mesa High Performance Sealer ( Solvent Base )
  • Allow 2- 4 hours for drying between coats.
Top Coat
  • Epoxy Chemical Resistant System
    Two Coats of Mesa Epoxy Chemical Resisting Finish
  • Allow 8- 16 hours for curing between coats.
  • Conventional System
    Two Coats of Mesa Aqua Floor Paint or
  • Two Coats of Mesa Rooflex Acrylic Exterior Roof Paint.
  • Allow 2- 16 hours for drying between coats.
